To be presented jointly by Legal Aid of Sonoma County’s Elder Law Program and Sonoma County’s Public Administrator/Guardian/Conservator’s office with Jennifer Hainstock, Chief Deputy.
They will talk about how to avoid Conservatorships and remain in control of your estate.
They want to create awareness of the impact of not having an estate plan and what happens when estates of living and deceased individuals need the County to become involved.
The Legal Aid office will discuss the documents needed to avoid Conservatorship, such as intentional estate planning and the process for getting those set up.
