The Transition to Housing program at WCCS focuses on inclusivity and diversity by supporting individuals and families in maintaining stable housing. It provides tailored assistance, helping participants navigate the complexities of unique skill & community building to maintaining housing, while respecting their unique circumstances and backgrounds. This program emphasizes empowerment, fostering a sense of community and belonging among participants as they transition into safe, affordable housing.
