West County Community Services manages a mobile home park community in Sebastopol warmly called, Park Village, which provides housing for 13 formerly homeless individuals in 8 previously vacant RV spaces, along with 2 new RV spaces for those living on the streets. Additionally, two renovated two-bedroom apartments now house 2 more formerly homeless families. A resident manager and full-time case manager support all residents, including 19 low-income families. The total population of Park Village is approximately 85 individuals.
