This WCCS managed mobile home park community in Sebastopol is providing housing to 13 formerly homeless people in 8 previously vacant RV spaces and two additional RV spaces were created for homeless people living in their RV’s on the streets of Sebastopol. Two – two-bedroom apartments have been renovated and put back into the housing market providing housing for 2 more formerly homeless families. A resident Manager and full-time Case Manager is on-site for all residents, including 19 very low-income families already living in the park. The total population of Park Village is about 85 individuals.
