Members of the Santa Rosa Sunrise Rotary Club recently served dinner for people at the WCCS emergency shelter for the homeless. They are one of many community volunteer groups who purchase, prepare and serve dinners at the shelter.

There were at least 50 people sheltered for the night in Guerneville and they were grateful for the sustenance provided for them by the Rotary Club members. Like the volunteers in some 30 other community groups of friends, families, and organizations who provide dinners at the shelter, the Sunrise Rotary volunteers are the good news we need to know about the human family.
