Get the SCOOP!

Already the first week of July has gone the way of the firecrackers, just the memories of colors, sounds, fun, some quiet now.  Ah, but there’s more to do at the Senior Center!  A Pig and Pie Barbeque on Saturday, July 15. You know how good that will be with Buskin at the BBQ. And an assortment of prize-winning pies!

And then there is the Paradise Ridge Sculpture Garden and Wine Tasting tour with lunch at Nectar Restaurant, July 15th.

On Wednesday, the 18th, at 1 pm, Jim Fulmer will lead what will be a new monthly story-telling group, where members can tell each other about the good ol’ days, tell it like it used to be.

And Miller Phoenix will be leading a new group on Tuesday, the 11th at 10 am, to help us take the “Small Steps” to an improved quality of life.

Valerie will be leading exercise classes each Thursday afternoon at 11:15 am. There will be Tai Chi every Thursday morning at 10 am.  Delicious, nutricious lunches every Wednesday and Friday at noon, followed by Bingo at 12:30 pm. Golf Wednesday mornings with Allo.

And more, much more!  Call Vicki at the Center for details: 869‑0618

The SCOOP will inform you of many more activities, the menus for the lunches, and many resources which you might find helpful in your daily activities. You can read it HERE.                     about art of aging art show
