The incredible stress caused by this year’s fire, flood and evacuations continues to impact our neighbors and community. WCCS Crisis Counselors are working seven days a week with affected families to cope with the emotional, financial and social stress that thousands of county residents have felt this year. Originally called California Hope (a program created to support those impacted by the 2017 Tubbs Fire), the new Hope Sonoma program offers services to all flood and fire survivors in their homes, shelters, temporary living sites or public spaces.
