Good food, good company, good gifts! the raffle was good! It was a Good Time!
Tim Miller, WCCS Executive Director, announced that the money had been successfully raised for the renovation of the Senior Center kitchen. The work is scheduled to be done this spring. In addition to serving the members and visitors, the kitchen will be used to train young people in the culinary arts. Guest chefs will work with youth, teaching them meal preparation, teaching them how to become chefs, with the expectation that the education can lead to jobs. And Seniors will benefit from all that good cooking.
