Through the work of West Coun­ty Com­mu­ni­ty Ser­vices, all youth, adults, fam­i­lies and seniors in Sono­ma Coun­ty are afford­ed the oppor­tu­ni­ty to be resilient, informed and resource­ful, emo­tion­al­ly well, and self-suf­fi­cient.
