Juvenile Diversion programming is offered to first or second time youth offenders; youth are referred by probation, schools personnel and law enforcement. Specific eligibility requirements apply. Services available include:
- Intake and assessment
- Psychoeducational groups focused on learning life and leadership skills, harm reduction, problem solving, and drug and alcohol refusal skills
- Individual and family counseling
- Youth and family case management
- Establishing and monitoring community service.
Restorative Conferencing is offered to first or second time youth offenders. It provides a structured and supervised conference between the offender and victim to reach an understanding and create a plan for restoration and/or amends.
