Mental Health Crisis Call | Guidelines for Effective Communication With 911 Dispatch

Anyone living in Sonoma County who is having a mental health crisis can get help 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling the 24-hour Emergency Mental Health Hotline: (800) 746-8181. The call is free.

National Suicide Prevention Lifeline - Call the Lifeline at 1-800-273-TALK (8255), a free, 24-hour hotline available to anyone in suicidal crisis or emotional distress.

Rape, Abuse and Incest National Network (RAINN) - Call the National Sexual Assault Hotline at 1-800-656-HOPE (4673) Free. Confidential. 24/7.

The National Domestic Violence Hotline - Call 1-800-799-SAFE (7233) or 1-800-787-3224 (TTY) Anonymous & Confidential. 24/7.
